"Ms. Laboy is an ACTIVE listener. Active listeners are the best assets any company can have. They pocess above and beyond customer service skills because they are "attention to detail" team players and that's my point exactly. Ms. Laboy explained in detail the different options she had to offer me in my new insurance policy and asked key questions in order to gather important information and to pinpoint the most convenient and least expensive policy but not deviating from esencial and effective coverage. I commend Ms. Laboy for an outstanding job, above and beyond customer service skills, great active listening skills, pleasant voice, and complete knowledge of the industry she represents.
