"Outstanding service from start to finish. State Farm agent Kiara assisted me with 2 new policies. Kiara setup both policies, a hospital policy and auto. She did it in a few minutes over the phone. "I cannot say enough, good things about Monse at State Farm. From the moment she answered the phone, she was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed.
I was honestly reluctant to make the call, expecting it to be stressful, but Monse completely changed that experience. She exceeded my expectations in every way with her courtesy, patient and exceptional customer service. By the end of the conversation, I was so glad I had called.

"After comparing insurance quotes I found state farm to be the best. My 6 month premium with Allstate was a little over 1k for 6 months and $922 if I paid in full. State Farm offered me the same coverage for a little over $500. Ms Santiago the agent is very customer service friendly!! Although I never meet her in person I felt because of her phone personality and professionalism and the premium price, switching to State Farm was the way to go! She answered all my questions clearly, and I never once felt pressured. She even let me know about other additional insurance that I could purchase for a low monthly price which would supplement my income if something happened and I was out of work. Two 👍👍for Ms Cyndi Santiago!!"
