"Janelle was soooo helpful! I had a serious car accident on 09/16/2026 and ended up in the hospital for 6 days. I am being overwhelmed by paperwork and questions. My anxiety level is through the roof!!!
I had a question regarding coverage for my rental car. Janelle has such a calming presence that I felt relaxed right away. She was able to answer my coverage question as well as send me new insurance cards. Never did she make me
Feel like I was bothering her, even when I asked her the same questions repeatedly and wanted to repeat things back to her.
